The text at the front?

Hi

 

I have had a look at my site as it look for quest, and I can`t understand where do you have that text from? Have you self created it?

It is pure nonsens most of it:

Præstø ligger i Præstø og har udsigt til haven, gratis WiFi og gratis privat parkering. Ferieboligen har sauna.

Dette Bed and Breakfast tilbyder kontinental morgenmad eller morgenbuffet.

Præstø har terrasse.

Efter en dag med vandre- eller cykelture kan gæsterne slappe af i haven eller i det fælles opholdsområde.

Næstved ligger 32 km fra ferieboligen, og der er 22 km til Vordingborg.

Par er særligt glade for beliggenheden – de har givet den karakteren 8,5.

It is not a good invitation for people to book at my place when this nonsens apear in the front - can I change it myself - have tried, but can`t find the site to change it.

 

Please help me

Hi Helle,

 

Since this is only a Partner Community you have to resend your message request through your Extranet inbox tab directly to booking.com.

Also in your Property tab under View your descriptions you can request to fix your description...

Hi Helle

 

If you are referring to the computer generated main description and or fine print, then yes you can self service that.

 

  1. Method 1 - Facilities & Services / Room Details This refers to the two pages were you can toggle the features of the property and room. Under Property Menu  
  2. Method 2 - View My Descriptions Under Property menu > View my description. You can use the submit feature to request modification. Also add to or amend Fine Print section. Tick options for COVID19 features, such as limit to those coming to work.

 


Reminder this is Partner Hub, not BdC Partner Support Team. They will never see these posts.

 

We cannot help with Finance or Action Requests. For that you need to contact them directly.


 

Message or Call BdC Partner Support

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
