Tip Tuesday #1: Using content to attract future guests

Hi Everyone! My name is Colleen and I am writing to you from Brisbane, Australia, where like many of you I have been working from home and adjusting to our current way of life.

Welcome to our  “Tip Tuesday” series where Account Advisors like myself will share advice with you on making the most of your listing on Booking.com.

As we look to the future, I wanted to share some tips on how you can get yourself ready for reservations by using content to attract more bookings.

Did you know that 25% of our guests use filters to search for the perfect place to stay?

Getting your property’s page score to 100% is an easy way to make sure your property stands out in search results . To help you do that we’ve created  an easy to follow list of missing content items.  Have a look at your suggested content improvement items by visiting your Extranet.

What are your top tips for great content?  Tell us in the comments below.

Hi

I agree there are many who could and need to get the basics right.

But when the same partners can't be arsed to setup their profile fully;

Read Solutions;

Read the Partner Help sections;

Won't click on Search...

You can try lead people to water, but some just want a short cut, have someone else do it all for them.

A better solution would be a once off fee to have an advisor review a new listing for 1st months and work directly with the partner to get all the basics done.

This could be applied to both new sign ups and existing,  so both have option

Kind regards
