Hi everyone! 

I am a new member  in booking and I need some advices.

Today I got 8 reservations for my 8 rooms. The reservation  had different names but only one phone number. The phone number isn't correct and I have a feeling that it is a  fraud scheme. 

Please can you tell me what should I do, because I can not request to cancel reservation.

Hey Franc, 

so the trick tip i would advise is update the New Reservation template to include :


  • All reservations must submit government issued Photo ID for all guests staying with in 24 hours of booking.
  • As a result of failure to comply your reservation will be cancelled 


Now for these ones, send a message asking for that info, and note to them they will be void and cancelled if no response given with in 24hours.

if the stay check in date is for example tomorrow or today then phone partner support.



another tactic is add a prepay process and methods used and if nothing prepaid with in 48 hours, you will void and cancel.

Be creative like this and you will be good to go and limit these time wasters.
