Too many guests showing up

I have a 3 bedroom apartment suitable for 6 persons max. Guests booked 4 adults & 2 kids and I due to arrive tonight. During a conversation today they informed me there is 6 adults and 4 kids. 
 

How do I go about cancelling reservation if guests are not willing to cut guests?

  1. so first thing to beware of even if not last minute, be prepared to pay for their relocation, as  BdC will send you an invoice
  2. consider the fallout first and if its worth the drama and cancelling
  3. when you are ready to proceed , immediate phone partner support assuming you already spoke to the guest and told them you are cancelling.
  4. if you have not yet informed the guest you are cancelling due to house rules policy being broken . max occupancy > 6. at least send a message stating that, and how you will let BdC to relocate you.
  5. You do have the option of relocating them yourself
