Transient who don't verify or read the post of the place where they want to book
Sometimes we could not put on hold guest who sometimes do not read first the post listing before booking in. I feel awkward sometimes in mingling with this kind of transient, not because of the taught "Customer is always right"
I come across it as well. Time and time again! You are not alone, and isn't it frustrating!
Booking done via cellphone doesn't have enough information for guests to quickly see what is available and what is not.
you and I could make a complaint and ask BDC to make their booking system clearer and more informative.
