Trying to cancel a booking

Hi guys, I'm trying to cancel a guest booking as I've decided to close for the rest of the year due to Coronavirus. I have requested them to cancel with no luck and sent a very polite message advising that the y can no longer stay and that I would help them find alternative accommodation but also no luck, help!

That's a real pain when guests don't respond.  Have you tried giving them a ring?  Appreciate it can be expensive for overseas.  If need be contact the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.  They do 'relocate' but often charge so great if you can do it yourself.
