unpredictable vistors
Hello members am seeking for advice, what can l do if a visitor booked for only accomodation that includes breakfast and he then orders for lunch and dinner to be prepared at the home stead and at the end does not want to pay for meals and want to count them on accomodation

If as you say the rate booked only includes breakfast and everything else is extra then they don't have a leg to stand on or argue with,
and therefore they are liable for those extra charges before leaving or at time of ordering which is typically the preferred method.
I just looked at your profile hoping to see a property link attached so I could see the rates setup and their details only to discover you have put in a 3rd party website instead.
Please update that to be your Booking.com Property Listing as that is what it is intended for.
It then helps us help you by being able to see what you have setup on the listing.
Without this we will have to assume and guess.
