Update bank account name and number


Can someone please advise how to update bank account details on extranet please? I went to Finance, then Bank Details, and Edit bank detail but keep getting an message saying "forbidden". If I fill out a direct Debit Application form, where and whom should I send it to please?

Esther, welcome to the Partner Community.

Sorry to hear about your struggles... Have you tried to do changes using a laptop??? Sometimes changes through netbook or mobile are not working...

If you don't succeed maybe you should send a message request through your Extranet inbox or call your local BDC office.

Thanks for your reply. I was trying it on a desktop, so dont think its an application issue. 

Can you advise how to send a message on extranet inbox please? I am in New Zealand, I am not sure if it has a BDC office here.

Ihave the same problem and I have tried a few times in different pc and in different adress I cannot add the bank details..there is evere a message that 

an expected error occured try later but if I trie later nothing change ever the same message and it is passed 4 days and I cannot add the name and details of the bank..I have send a message but they send me generic informations without read my message
