Update policy

  Kindly find below the policy for your reference, and update the same on your website. 1. Check-in time is 12Noon - Check-out time 11 AM. 2. 100% Payment to be done at the time of Check-in, payment is non-refundable & non-transferable. 2. Visitors are not allowed inside the room. 3. Decoration is not allowed inside the room. 4. 1 child below 6years with 2 full-paying adults will be not charged, if an extra mattress required will be charged@1000+Tax. 5. Extra person will be charged@1000+tax. 6. valid IDs having an address proof to be provided for check-in, Pan card not accepted. 7. Safe lockers are available in the room. 8. Management does not take responsibility for the loss of guest valuables left in the room damage. 9. Lost key cards will incur an additional cost of RS 500/- per card. 10 Any damage to the room or hotel property the cost for which will be payable by the guest. 11. This is a nonsmoking Hotel, smoking inside the room is prohibited if found smoking a penalty of Rs 500 will be levied.   Regards. Landmark Residency.

This is NOT a thing you must do it yourself on Extranet, you can of course phone Partner support to be guided if need  be.

Majority of it is all under the Property menu.

  • Check in /out - set in policies and the message templates for New Reservation, Check-In, Check-out.
  • Payment Method - define methods and form, and time limit in template for New Reservation, and Policies. Rate type set in Rate plan, Cancel policy set in Policies page.
  • Visitors Policy - Add a House Rules poster in room; Add to the New Reservation template House rules; Add to Fine Print.
    Caution this cannot be enforced. Some would see this as unethical/ immoral, or just being an ass.
    You could say its due to CVOVID, but thread carefully.
  • Decoration - see House Rules
  • Room Details - arrangement and extras - see Property > Room Details page.
    Child Policy set in both their and Policies page.

  • Validating Address and ID - Do this ahead of arrival and not on check-in, but bring Photo ID on arrival. Get them to send it with in x hours or days of booking, so its all sorted long before they arrive.
  • Occupancy - Extra People, in general if you list the property as whole unit, you can only charge for extra beds, and not the person, See Room Details page for options. or setup occupancy based rate plan.
  • Lockers - update in Facilities page and or Room Amenities page
  • Management Risk Policy - see House Rules and posters in place.
  • Lost access  key - Add to Fine Print ; New Reservation template; House rules etc
  • Damage Policy - see house rules; in-place poster; add to the template, etc. Also this is by default anyway. But may be difficult to collect due to payment method used. Consider taking a deposit instead.


Most of this is all under policies and in place posters, to cover it all.





If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
