Upgrade Genius programme

Hi everyone!

I did an account with the same email I use to do my holidays with booking and I had a second level of Genius. Than yesterday I decided to do a business account to host people with the same email. And surprise I lost my second level... I have again the first one :(

Can you help me?

Is it possible to change the email or delete the business account or alternatively gain my second level again? :(
