Urgent cancelations due a water and electric problem

Good afternoon.
I ask your help for a problem with the reservations that I have to cancel due to a problem in the house.
I had a burst of water pipe that affects a part of the kitchen and electrical system. This urgent problem, which we are unaware of, will need to be repaired and the house closed for repairs, which can take 2 or 3 months.
Since the problem is of some serious nature, I will need to deactivate all reservations and pause the announcement until the works are completed.
