Urgent, over booking

we are fully booked on 22/11 and 23/11 long ago. and also we've closed online as well. but we've received a new booking last night. Booking Confirmation ID: ***.

I've called our channel manager and confirmed that stop sell has successfully applied back on 11th Nov for all room rates.

hello Brian and welcome to the booking.com partner forum for sharing tips and other advice! booking.com personnel are only here to moderate the site and you need to get on the phone to sort out the over booking. you might want to remove your contact number from the post in the meantime. GL!
