Vaping
I have had two bookings where my policy clearly states "no smoking". However, many guests would consider that caping does not come under this policy title. It is very hard to get rid of the smell without cleaning furnishings and carpets and there is no area on the extranet where I can see to add this?

Simply print A4 posters with it on it for each room.
Add note to fine print.
Add vapping photo with not allowed, and the universal symbol for that too
