Vending machines
How do you fellow partners experience that vending machines help the hotel experience in low price hotels? Or doesn't it?

That has it pros and cons, but considering covid, its actually a great idea to minimise contact and still supply basic needs (water bottles, sandwiches etc)
Also will differ by country and supplier as to if it is cost effective.

Hi,
Its really good to have vending machines instead of Guest Market (normally in most new hotels).
PROS:
1. Guest can save up time for front desk member to process their transactions for guest market.
2. Minimise work load for the hotel management.
3. Easy to organise
CONS:
1. Problems related to vending machies (stacking, electrical, coins getting stuck, etc)

Sorry ..But its a complete waste of time in Australia................... we are so anti Vending machines sad but true.............
