verification

We want to publish our hollidayappartment in Bonaire but are not on location for the next five months. Booking sent a lettre for verification of the appartment but we will not be able to recieve the lettre and the verificationcode. Is there another way to arrange this and can we in the meantime already receive reservations? We want to rent for the period from 17-08 untill 31-08 so we are in a bit of a hurry.
