Verifying the apartment

I didn't verify the apartment. I completely forgot about it. And now booking blocked my user profile.
I have a code, but there is nowhere to put it in. 
When I click on the "verify" it says that something is wrong.

What should I do?

Our system works best on Chrome - I'd recommend retrying to open your Extranet.
