Villa / 2 apartments

Hi,

I am searching help concerning the admin extranet. I have a villa, which you can rent as a whole or you can rent two separate apartments. 

My question is how to set it up. I had two separate apartments in booking and couldn't add the complete villa.

 

Now I would like to do it like follow:

Complete Villa

Apartment Garden View

Apartment Sea View

 

If somebody books the Complete villa than you can not book any of the apartments. 

If somebody books the Sea View or Garden View, you cannot book the complete villa.

Or I make bookings for Sea view and for Garden view - but two different renters.

 

Can somebody help me how to set it up?

Hi Helena,

 

Ah  the classic  ' I want my cake and eat it too'  scenario.

 

Yeah that is not going to happen, if its all one property, when pick one of those and stick t o it.

If its actually 2 apartments then setup first listing, then add the second apartment at same location.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
