Waive Charge a Commission on February 2022

Dear Valued Partner, We need your help. With regarding to the booking on February 2022, after I received an invoice from Booking.com that we have to pay a commission for booking.com #2350903175 #3174684209. I have checked with my team and the hotel system, we have no received guest from Booking.com and other media booking to stay at our property. during February 2022. during that's period our hotel we have no E-commerce to control and check, specially our front desk team they don't know how to login into online system or mark up as No-Show due to the previous E-commerce he did put with the wrong Email address that's not belong to our property email.  could you pleased to assist us to waive charge a commission in February 2022 with amount 55.08$.
