We are closed yet we received a booking
We received an email from booking.com advising of a reservation for April 5, 21 yet we are unbookable for this period.
When I check for the details of the reservation to contact the guest, booking.com says there is no reservation.
I try to contact booking.com about the above issue and the system is asking for a valid reservation despite my giving them the reservation number provided in the email.
Any help will appreciated.
Maybe, it’s better if you contact your local BDC office to support you...
open calendar list view and review all of 2021.
then bulk edit each room type or all : set status : closed
set inventory count = 0
