We have agreed with customer that arrival date will take place 2 days later as planned...

... and I want to change date according to the customer's request BUT the button "change reservation

dates" is not active..But I want to release the days off ASAP to get new reservations. The reservation, I want to change starts tomorrow!!!

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
