We have a double booking from booking.com..we have guests in the Loft for 2 nights and another lady expecting to arrive today for 1 night. We’ve resolved the problem but need to refund the 1 night booking..the Loft is a minimum of 2 nights so I’m not sure
We gave guests here at the moment for 3 nights and a lady who had also booked the Loft for one night, we need to refund her the payment she’s made to bookings.com
