We have a double booking from booking.com..we have guests in the Loft for 2 nights and another lady expecting to arrive today for 1 night. We’ve resolved the problem but need to refund the 1 night booking..the Loft is a minimum of 2 nights so I’m not sure

We gave guests here at the moment for 3 nights and a lady who had also booked the Loft for one night, we need to refund her the payment she’s made to bookings.com

if they prepaid BdC then simply phone partnersupport with that reservation to confirm cancel and refund or refund only or partial refund
