We need to freeze our booking.com bookings

we are not taking bookings at the moment. The HSE have taken all our rooms to accommodate Ukrainians coming into Ireland. I am trying to contact bookings already made, most of them have cancelled but I wonder can you help aswell. There is a few bookings left and guest are not cancelling their bookings.
