That's very unfortunate. You realize that this is very bad for our business, we are actively losing money because of that and it's also affecting our reputation.

We have already hosted a number of customers and we can prove this with the overwhelmingly positive reviews that we got, so we are still confused why this is coming up as an issue, and even more so as to why this is happening now (as opposed to back in August when we first listed the property).

We do hope this can be resolved as soon as possible.
