What to do if guests arrive in larger group than booked?

My current guests who visit my apartment has arrived as a group of 6 instead of 4 guests as per their booking. Can booking.com charge them extra for the 2 extra persons on my behalf?

Hi

Technically only if they request extra beds, then yes ,else no not really.

 

The assumption here is that you are renting a Whole unit and not on a per room basis nor dormatory.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thank you for quick reply. I am renting my apartment not by rooms but as a whole. But I have different price set depending of how many guests arrive.
