What to do if I don't understand the guest's language?

I would like to know if a guest book to your property and the language he or she prefer is not understood by you or any other person in your property what happens?

in message template area ; host profile etc, there is  the option to write for other langauges.

 

So like Maria said start with say the English default version in one app window, open browser tab or window on another for google translate.. and for each language copy paste in the English  version to the left and then choose the output language, now copy paste the converted langauge into the equivalent memo box with the language selector correclty set.

 

Rinse and repeat for each language.

Hello, Jane Mwangi! Thanks for raising a good question. I'm going to feature your post so other fellow partners can share their advice as well. By the way, Google Translate is integrated into the extranet and the Pulse app? To translate your guest’s message into your language, click on the ellipsis button (an icon with three dots) next to the message and select ‘Show translation’. It will then be translated into the language you’ve set as your preferred language in the extranet or Pulse.

Hello how can i call on booking i have problem with my other property i can't log in or i have no access anymore but still listed on booking hope i get your reply thanks.my friend created that account using by other gmail so it means i can't even do reset the password the instructions sending to the gmail what he created not on my gmail.

  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Google Translate is perfect for communicating w guest in case of language barriers, both in writing, both in live speaking when they arrive.
