When can I expect payment? My first booking was 28th November. I have received a statement from Booking but so far no money in the account which is on my profile. Any advice to find out why payment is delayed?

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
