Where can we giive our conditions about minimum days that peaple have to rent ? for example 3 nights? How can we include cleaning costs if people want tot stay for only one night?

I have a customer that would stay one night  at 53 euros but my cleaning and check in costs that I pay are 30 EUROS.... this is not benefic for me. How can I include additional costs for such short term bookings?

Setting up length of stay and advance reservation restrictions can give you more control over your bookings. They prevent travelers from booking a stay that’s shorter or longer than you’d like, or with too much or too little notice.

It’s easy for you to add, change, or remove different types of restrictions by following the steps below.

 

If you’re using the list view calendar, here’s how to apply and edit restrictions to your rooms and rates:

  1. Log in to the Extranet 
  2. Click Calendar under Rates & Availability 
  3. Click Restrictions, then select the conditions you want to set 
  4. Drag the blue highlighted section across boxes to set, edit, or remove restrictions for multiple dates
  5. You can also click Bulk edit to change restrictions for multiple dates
  6. Click Save when you’re done
