Which definition should I choose when responding to messages or requests from visitors

I have a question in the options of replying to the messages of the guests. I notice when I reply to guest messages a list of options is displayed with definitions of replies (eg reply free of charge etc). 

Question: Are there guidelines or a guide for when we choose these definitions in our answers?
