Why can't I find my apartment when i search for it??


I have a problem that i can't solve for a month. We did not have reservations in a while. When i tried to find my apartment in search i couldn't find it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

On extranet go to top right, select 2nd circle menu, click View My Listing.


Copy that link minus the stuff after .html into your profile also. so we too can test it.







Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I hope this issue has been resolved for you. If it still hasn't it may be worth checking your restrictions to ensure that nothing is blocking your calendar from being available to guests searching. Your property will not show up in the search results if you don't have the availability that matches a guest's search.
