Why I always can't log in with multi device?

Why I always can't log into new devices or multi devices?
This is a very annoying issue, every time I login or wanna login with new device, it show invalid pw/email.
If luckily I success, my previous device unable to login anymore.
Please kindly assist for this issues. Thank you.
You can you just have to use the first registered device to authenticate additional
Contact support if not working.
