why is it so hard to message booking.com?
I know providing support costs money, but most of the time when i email I get "can send now, try again later". I mean really? Now it's the same with the 'booking intelligence', i get a blank screen with no rate info, and I can't email support because it generates an error.
I never experienced (not that I remmeber) such issues with extranet. Perhaps is the Google Chrome? I would suggest you to try delete the cookies in browser.
