why is my listing closed not bookable

Hi

 

I have added all the required information but booking.com is showing the property closed not bookable. How can this be resolved please

Hi Sarah,

 

Typically is due to the account status or calendar setup (room type defined , rate plan defined and linked to room etc).

 

Else best to message or phone Partner Support to review the misconfig and fix it.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

The phone lines don't work and Booking.com don't reply to messages. Dreadful partner support.

My listings are shown as Not bookable. Please help me to determine why that is.
