Wifi

We have Wifi system in our appartment but i cannot find where to add this option.

also in description its important to add that its situated at 5min walk from the beautiful beach of arenal den castell

and that we have a beautiful private rooftop terrasse of 9m2 with sea view!

can you please help me to add this information in the description?

we also have a check-in check-out assistant at the appartment.

  1. Property > policies , scroll down
  2. Property > view my desc, use the options to request change
  3. again in policies

 

 

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
