Wish for a free cancellation regarding booking ***


the guest has cancelled the reservation and want to get the payment refunded. This is OK for us. Can you refund the full amount?

Reminder you cannot post cancelation requests here.


Simply inform the Guest to submit the cancellation request via the manage booking feature on website, once they trigger it, you will get a notification to see if you will waive any cancel policy fee, and allow full prepaid refund.


This should always be the primary method.


Worst case you message BdC Partner Support the detail and request it. But its always better to have the guest do it properly first, so its recorded they initiated it and not you.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
