Wrong description when someone else looks at our rental

 Hi, we have flexible child policy, allowing any children, and giving free cot for babies up to 2 years old. We also have high chair and waterproof mattress covers because we have many families in our rental. One of my friends asked me why we don't allow children. On her side when she looks at the house's page, it says no children allowed. I have no idea how to fix this. On my side everything looks like I described, but not on the link she sent me.

Update those two pages accordingly, under Property menu., and some will be on policies page, e.g. children and age range.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
