xPeople Rates and Availability Section

Hello, 

I am having trouble understanding the rates and availability section, I want to put a X price for night but at the side it appears 4X and a person emoji, what does that mean? Because when they book they don’t book by the X price per night, that’s why I am getting confused because it’s coming out cheaper than what it’s supposed to be.

I would reccommend you contact Partner Support next and then come back and confirm if it is because the cost you set is per person and the listing or room is defined as for 4 people.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
