“Cancellation”

Guest booked my unit however my unit is not available as of the moment. I have message the guest already and request to cancel his reservation but i think he haven't seen it yet.. as the host i can reject or cancel his booking?   

please let me know..

Hi since you have already given notice

 

  • open the Reservation Detail page
  • Right pane, click Request cancel
  • Choose option 2
  • Guest gets notification to accept and clicks link to do so.
  • This confirms and applies full refund if anything prepaid at checkout.

 

Generally that simple.

 

Option1 is useful when there is no prepayment. many scenarios, including deposit not paid in x hours or x days, as set by you.
