We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

“Featuring a patio with a garden view”

I’m a fairly new host to booking.com, and notice that the first few words of booking.com’s boilerplate description reads “Featuring a patio with a garden view”.  My listing has an ocean view, which I have noted under Room Amenities/Outdoor and View.  Both patio and garden view options are turned off.  Anyone know where booking.com is getting this specific info, and how to change it?

Dear Patricia welcome to the Partner Community.

Info is automated but you can send a message request through your Extranet and ask BDC to change description. In your Property tab scroll down to View your Descriptions and "request a fix".
