1 night booking

I have a minimum 3 night stay policy on our standard rate. But booking.com has just taken a booking for 1 night next year. How can I cancel/change this booking? Many thanks.


Sounds like you may not have set the Restriction when you added new rates.  Check in Rates, Calendar - use List view and open up down left to see Minimum stay.

Contact guest and explain and ask the to cancel

  • Extranet
  • Reservations
  • Reservations Details Page
  • Right Pane, Request To Cancel
  • Choose option 2, submit
  • Wait for guest to receive email with action to confirm

No just checked, definitely set for minimum stay three nights. How do I contact booking.com about this?
