About a cancellation

One of my guests has cancelled her booking and I am happy to revoke the cancellation charge.  I have contacted her direct so she knows you will be refunding her in full, her name is *** ***, booking number ***

Hi Sally,

 

They have not cancelled if they never actually used the website to send the request.

 

nothing will happen , so.... 

 

  • open the reservation details page
  • click request cancel on right pane.
  • choose option 2 (this triggers waive of and 100% refund)
  • system notifies guest with an action to confirm via a link.
  • once guest actions the email link, system marks it cancelled.
  • then it processes refund , transfer may take up to 10 days.

 

that simple.
