About dobble redrrvation

I have an apartment in Spain, Los Boliches Fuengirola. Först I have got a booking 31 /7 -14/8 2021 via booking.com

Today I received reservation 2 / 8 to 16/ 8.via Booking com. I had before actived export/import calender . What should I do now in order not to get penalty?

Hi Nellie and welcome to the Partner Community.


Please have in mind that sync is not in real time and double bookings can occur.  You have to sync your calendar manually every time you have a reservation to avoid double bookings or use a channel manager.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
