Pls cancell my 3 resetvation. Because the price is not valid for all the 3 reservations

We're can give the valid prices for the customer, if they will booked again. 

Pls inform back.

THat is not how it works at all.


You cannot just cancel a booking because YOU failed to setup the rates, promos, and availability calendar incorrectly.


Also posting account action requests here will result in no action at all.


Your next action is to contact Partner support to assist with fixing the calendar settings, rates, promos.


You can ask them about cancelling  but if the guest does no want to it could end ypu with your receiving a relocation invoice for all 3.


Try contact the guest directly before asking Partner Support to cancel.


Its always better to instruct the guest to cancel it on their account 




If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
