About a reservación that you overlap

Your system overlap a reservation , so I just want you to let  You know that we already send an e- mail to the costumer explaining about that your system fail and we have nothing to see with that.   We offer a discount in his next reservation and a gift. Thanks You, and let me tell You something, it is very  unconfortable that there is no human been to talk to in Your company. Greetings Eduardo.

Hi

 

so to be 100% clear the BdC extranet system Did NOt fail, its entirely on you to manage the availability calendar and any restrictions /promos you enabled.

 

If you are using 2 or more OTA partner websites e.g. Airbnb and BdC etc then if you dont use a 3rd party channel manager  double bookings can occur.

 

On rare ocassion the BdC system has been know to glitch and allow a double booking but 1% of the time.

Hi

So just to be a 100% clear from this side too, your system fails 1% of the time?, well that 1% was the percentage that brought us here, but there is no problem everything was fixed and anyway neither to you or to us the custumer paid, but we Quinta Michaus are going to give him a discount in his next reservation and a gift.

And yes, I work with other pages but none of them have made a reservation yet, all the reservations made, I made them, so yes machines fail, they are not infallible.

But still there is no problem, thank you for your response and we are in touch, have a nice week!

The custumer the one you overlap the reservation just call me to tell me that you charge today from his credit/savings card with out authorization, I want to know if this is the way you do busisness? You gave him my phone number and you are blaming it on me when it was your fault! 

Firt of all, he did not go or booked in because we talked to him an d he understood, and second of all yo have no authorization to charge him nothing!! and third of all I do not want you to tell me that was our fault and try to collect that from the money you owe me from the booking we already finish a couple of days ago, so be honest and return him his money and do not try to be smart trying to charge that ok....

NEVER will there be an overlap/double booking within BDC that was not the fault of a setting somewhere in Extranet that you have either missed or set incorrectly for your needs.

 

Check everything e.g. allotment number, auto top up etc.

No, You are wrong, machines and/ or systems are not infallible, as far as You know even USA goverment system have been hacked.

And un My case, booking failed overlaping
