Account Suspension

My Booking.com account got suspended due to overdue invoices. I paid the invoices shortly after. How long until my account reactivates?

Login to the finance department via Extranet, Fiogolan. You will get help from the team and hopefully you will be part of the hosting team again.

Can you not set up your payment with a direct debit? My payments come off automatically so I never have to worry about being too late, and can completely focus on the hosting and other important things.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
