I have just attended a webinar hosted by our local Home Partner team, and a couple of really great tips that were shared, would be applicable to all hosts across the board, no matter where your properties are:

1. Research your competition and understand their rates, policies and content, and compare it with your own

2. Remove restrictions for prospective guests so that you show up in more searches and maximise your opportunity to get noticed (and booked)

3. Open your availability for the next 12 months. If someone just had a great experience staying at your place, they might want to come back next year, and book straight away!
