Add new device

I need to add more device for my account that do not have to request code every log in time from booking.com. There's a confirmation via app pulse but i can find any detailed direction so that i can't see that on pulse app.

That sounds like you are trying to logon to Extranet and it is asking for a 2FA code, and you clicked on the Pulse App Code option.


  • Open Pulse
  • Bottom right tap ... [3dots]
  • Scroll down and tap Settings [ I know it is daft to be in there]
  • Now you will see 'EXTRANET PINCODE' ,tap to reveal code
  • Input the code on your web browser.
  • Now you should be in Extranet Home Page.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘Booking.com messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’

Subtopic : Other, then Call, phone number is revealed
