Adding Links in Guest messages

Can anyone assist. To help with contactless check ins, following the recent Covid19 travel restrictions. Id like to send an online Guest Registration form to our guests in advance. Is there a way to insert a link into a message template which will redirect them to our form.

Hi! Not sure I am following the question ... can you not simply include the link url to the form in the message body as http:www.urlgoeshere.com sort of thing?

Alternatively you can copy the longish client email address from the booking (one assigned by booking.com) and email client directly using your mail client (eg. gmail) and attach the form (you will find the thread in the bdc mail portal).

Does this work?

Thanks I can do all of these options. and have resorted to doing this. unfortunatly the guest still neeed to copy and past the link to ther web browser. which is what I really wanted to avoid.

No worries I can live with this for now.

Not sure if the bdc email portal accepts html tags but you might want to try coping this text in the email msg body as a test and update the url to the form! it might be clickable!
