We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Adding a new rate

Hi! I want to add a new rate, so that I would have 2 rates:

the first rate would have prices including breakfast and dinner

the second rate would show the prices without breakfast and dinner.

 

Unfortunately I do not see the option of adding a new rate to my listing. How can I do that?

It has not changed , it is still under Rates Menu >> Rate Plans.

The button to top left. "Add new rate plan"

 

Are you trying to do this on a mobile with browser or using pulse app?

 

Do it on a computer please for full view and functionality.
