We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Additional charges for spa

Hi, we have just added a spa to our property, due to additional cleaning charges we are charging guests if they wish to use the spa. Can I add this to the booking process or do I need to organise payment of this privately?

If this is a single unit and not share on premises, than I'm not sure this is a good idea. Might end up more of a headache than it is worth if you try t odo it as an extra.


Perhaps just factor it into the rate instead.
