Advise for Guests who have selected Non-refundable rate and now looking for Refund due to current Covid 19 situation

Dear All,

Bankstown Motel 10 is fully aware of current circumstances and is closely reviewing New South Wales guidelines on Travel restrictions. 

As a gesture of good will Motel 10 is offering 6 months extension for all non-refundable reservations. 

Please display this message on all booking and social media platforms so that guests are aware and can choose options between non-refundable or flexible rates.

Hi Sophy Long,

 

It's great that you are offering both flexible and non-refundable options during this time. As we have been dealing with COVID for the past year, guests should be aware of the risks when booking a discounted non-refundable rate.

 

If you do get refund requests, you can advise them of your 6 month extension but this can be on a case by case basis. It's not necessary to display this on the front end as not every guest may want a refund as they understood the risks they took when booking a non-refundable rate.
